If an SSL certificate has not been installed and a user visits an HTTPS enabled website that is blocked by a policy, their browser will return a certificate error page instead of your WebTitan block page. This can be confusing for the user.

To avoid this, a Customer Admin can download and import a WebTitan SSL Certificate. See Install WebTitan SSL Certificate.

If you are a Service Provider Admin, see Using Certificates.

Install root certificate using Group Policy (GPO) distribution.
