Users have the ability to gain access to blocked content if they have a valid Cloud Key, which they can enter when they are presented with a block page. Upon entry of a valid Cloud Key the end-user will be granted access for websites that otherwise would be blocked using their policy. Cloud Keys can be issued for specific time periods and number of uses.

If Cloud Keys are available, then when the WebTitan Cloud block page is displayed, it will contain an option to enter a Cloud Key in order to gain access to the blocked content. Once a valid Cloud Key has successfully being entered, the end user will be automatically re-directed to the blocked site. Subsequent requests to sites which otherwise would have being blocked will be performed automatically.

A users Cloud Key session will be valid until the Key expires, or until they close their browser.  Cloud Keys can be created and managed from Settings > Cloud Keys.
