As WebTitan Cloud blocks/allows requests at the domain level, it's possible to create whitelists of domains that should always be allowed regardless of categorization. For instance, if the News category is blocked but is added to the whitelist, then users will be able to browse content on

To whitelist (or blacklist) individual domains, log into your WebTitan Cloud account and navigate to the Settings -> White/Black Lists page. Add any domains you want to Whitelist to the Whitelisted Domains table. Likewise, add any domains you want to always block to the Blacklisted Domains table.

However, most web sites are comprised of multiple components that load from multiple locations. For example, loads a lot of images and content from (licdn = Lindedin Content Delivery Network). As such, when whitelisting a site you may have to whitelist multiple locations. All modern browsers come equipped with developer tools that will show you the various components of a site. To access the developer tools press F12. Click on the Network or Net tab and the load or reload the page to view it's components. Here is a screenshot of using the Firefox Developer Tools:
