This can occur when you first setup WebTitan Cloud.  The most common cause is cached DNS entries.  These can be cached on your local PC or DNS server.  To clear the DNS cache on your PC:

  1. Open a command prompt
  2. Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Return

To clear the cache on a Windows DNS server:

  1. Open the DNS Manager on the primary DNS server. This is usually found under Start --> Administrative Tools --> DNS.
  2. Right click on the server name and click "Clear cache"

When the cache has been cleared you can use the nslookup.exe tool to verify you are being filtered correectly.  We have a guide here.
