This can occur when you first setup WebTitan Cloud. The most common cause is cached DNS entries which can be cached on your local PC or DNS server.
To clear the DNS cache on your PC:
- Open a command prompt.
- Type "ipconfig /flushdns" and press Enter.
To clear the cache on a Windows DNS server:
- Open the DNS Manager on the primary DNS server. This is usually under Start > Administrative Tools > DNS.
- Right-click on the server name and click Clear Cache.
When the cache has cleared, you can use the nslookup.exe tool to verify you are being filtered correctly. See Testing with nslookup.
